SPAIN A Colombian man was arrested at Madrid airport after police found 17kg of cocaine in the bullfighter's suits he had with him, FEE newsagency said. P143 CEEFAX 1 143 Mon 28 Jul 01:44/43       NAVY DOES RUSSIA PROUD, YELTSIN SAYS Russian President Boris Yeltsin congratulated his navy on its performance in a message to mark Navy Day, Russian Mayas radio reported. He said the navy was doing well despite exceptionally hard conditions. "Russia loves her seamen and is proud of them," Yeltsin said. Navy Day celebrations are taking place in the Black Sea port of Sevastopol and in other Russian cities.
