Diana grows the day lily Hemerocallis and has a wonderful selection of colours and varieties. The Americans have bred more than 38,000 varieties although, as yet, they have been unable to produce a pure white, true blue, or real black colour. Some have wonderful fragrances such as Show Amber. Some plants are both edible and scented and Bob has several lemon trees such as Citrus lemon 'LisbonW which have produced beautiful fruits. Lemon trees can be prohibitively expensive, but most garden centres now stock bushes like Citrus lemon 'Meyer'. To propagate, strip lower leaves from a cutting, pot in rich, lime-free compost and, if possible, water with rainwater. >>>>> Switched On 540 Cookery 580 TV 600 TodayQuiz Pop Quiz TV Charts Main Menu
