The restrictions will apply every Wednesday between 1500 and 2100 until January 5, 2000. During these hours only city buses, taxis, scooters, motorbikes and some specUally exempt vehicles will be allowed in to the centre. Motorists driving on the Continent long have had to carry a warning triangle, but th.se on rMutes in Spain will now need two. In case of an accident or break down drivers need tM place the warning signs so that traffic fr-m either direction has at least a 100 metre oarning.
