The Enter Project, which was designed at Southampton University, showu students how well an institution is equipped to handli their diuability. Professor Alan Smithers, of Manchester University said this might encourage more youngsters to continue science after GCSEs. He thought the couse content should be cut by a fifth and general studies should be dropped. Forty one pupils from Llanishen High School had their biology papers regraded after the examiner admitted he had forgotten to include coursework0- worth up to a quarter of the marks.
