P353 CEEFAX 353 Thu 24 Jan 22:53/00   NEWS   League chiefs have delayed a decision on drugs allegations against Bradford Northern forward Simon Tuffs after he claimed he had a drink 'spiked'. The 23-year-old produced a positive sample after the Boxing Day game against Leeds. Bradford club doctor Chris Butler said: "Tuffs claimed he had a Christmas drink spiked. He says he did not knowingly take the substance found."
