P378 CEEFAX 378 Thu 7 Mar 21:59/38   KELLOGGS TOUR  OF BRITAIN 1/2  The 1991 Tour of Britain will be a day shorter than normal but will include onj of the hardest stages in the race's five year history. The race starts in Windsor on August 6 and ends in Leeds on August 10 in order to give riders time to travel for the Tour of Holland two days later. The final stage of the 585-mile race will be 126 miles across the Pennines from Liverpool to Leeds, taking in four designated climbs.
