Once the potatoes are cooked: 4 Drain away the water and mash them. 5 Add the margarine, milk, most of the cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper. 6 Put the mixture in a heat resistant serving dish (NOT plastic!) and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. 7 Place under a hot grill until it browns.
