P117 CEEFAX 117 Fri 5 Nov 16:23/36       HOME  ARRESTS AFTER TWO CANNABIS SEIZURES Seventeen people have been arrested after the seizure of 700 kilograms of cannabis resin worth £1.5m. Customs officers made the arrests at a beach on Hayling Island and in Lyndhurst in Hampshire, London and the Home Counties. The drugs are thought to have come from France in an inflatable boat. Meanwhile, customs officers in Dover say 200 kilograms of cannabis, worth £460,000, has been seized at the port.
