Warehouses in Rainham and Basildon, Essex, were raided.   TANKER An oil tanker has been holed just outside Canvey Island, off Essex, after colliding with a berthing point in dense fog. There was no danger of an oil spillage, coastguards said. FOG Police in Kent are questioning a French lorry driver after a pile- up involving 30 vehicles in thick fog on the A2 this morning.
