P157 CEEFAX 157 Fri 5 Nov 16:23/34       WORLD  NEW ZEALAND: VOTERS TO GO TO POLLS New Zealanders are set to go to the polls in what is expected to be the closest election for 10 years. Prime Minister Jim Bolger said the result was "on a knife-edge", but predicted that his conservative government would win over Labour. The economy, once among the most regulated outside the old communist bloc, has undergone radical reform.
