P163 CEEFAX 163 Fri 5 Nov 16:23/14       WORLD  TALKS ON AID FOR PALESTINIAN AREAS Discussions are being held in Paris today on how $2 billion in aid for the new self-governing Palestinian areas should be distributed. The meeting will bring together the EC, the US, Japan, Canada, Russia and Saudi Arabia with some of the key negotiators in the historic Israel-PLO peace deal.
