P166 CEEFAX 166 Fri 12 Nov 16:13/25       WORLD  RIGHT-WING GROUP CONSIDERS IDEAS The South African government has offered new proposals to the right- wing Freedom Alliance aimed at resolving constitutional issues. The Alliance, which had a three- hour meeting with the government today, is expected to give its response to the ideas on Monday. The group seeks vast regional autonomy in a post-apartheid South Africa and has made a point of boycotting multiparty talks.
