P173 CEEFAX 173 Fri 12 Nov 16:11/16    FROM   NEWSROUND  UN COMMANDER WARNS OF USE OF FORCE The commander of the UN forces in former Yugoslavia says that UN soldiers may soon have to use force while escorting aid convoys. General Jean Cot says that convoys are being attacked repeatedly by all sides in the war and that tolerance is running out. He says there are not enough troops to get aid through to areas of Bosnia. He wants another 6-12,000 soldiers to secure the main aid route to the Bosnian capital, Sarajevo.  Next News Home News Flash TV/Radio
