P193 CEEFAX 193 Fri 12 Nov 16:14/14 1/2 DESPATCH Leo Enright reports on the Irish Supreme Court's decision to cut sentences imposed on a child rapist The 30-year-old man was jailed in Dublin two years ago after he admitted 12 charges of raping three young girls over a six year period. The victims were aged from six to 12 years. The man cannot be named but two of the girls were his nieces and the other was a neighbour's child. The director of Dublin's Rape Crisis Centre said there was no knowing when this man might be free again. An opposition spokeswoman said no guilty plea would heal the three victim's wounds.
