P158 CEEFAX 158 Fri 19 Nov 16:11/31       WORLD  ASYLUM: FRANCE CHANGES CONSTITUTION The French parliament has agreed an amendment to the constitution restricting the right to political asylum. The amendment allows the government to refuse to examine a request for asylum already turned down by another EC country.
