P165 CEEFAX 165 Fri 19 Nov 16:24/13       WORLD  PKK REBELS RELEASE AMERICAN HOSTAGE Kurdish rebels have released an American kidnapped in eastern Turkey last month. The US embassy in Ankara said the man had been freed overnight near the town of Pulumur, in the eastern Turkish province of Erzincan. The Kurdistan Workers Party named him as Colin Patrick Starger.
