P191 CEEFAX 191 Fri 19 Nov 16:13/13 2/2 DESPATCH Martin Dawes reports on the latest developments in Ulster: The proposals would be unacceptable to hard line Unionists. This morning the Taoiseach said no such document had been presented to the Irish government and he had not even read such a document. It is understood Irish officials are embarrassed by the report while their UK counterparts are angry. The Secretary of State reiterated no-one had been authorised to talk to Sinn Fein.
