P115 CEEFAX 115 Fri 26 Nov 16:24/12       HOME  COURT BID OVER SUNDAY TRADING FAILS Veteran campaigner Roy Edey has failed in his High Court bid to block Government plans to introduce a Bill to legalise Sunday trading. He warned the Bill could lead to the Queen finding herself at the centre of a constitutional crisis. As supreme governor of the Church of England she would be asked to break the fourth Commandment which states it should be a day of rest.
