P143 CEEFAX 143 Fri 26 Nov 16:23/00      PARLIAMENT  ROYAL TRAIN KEPT IN PUBLIC SECTOR The Government has taken action to keep the running of the Royal train in the public sector after the privatisation of British Rail. Transport Secretary John MacGregor said in a written reply that responsibility will pass from BR Rail to Railtrack, the new track- operating authority on 1 April.
