Rosalind Dillon-Lee said she heard  the terrorists who shot her husband  Michael in Dortmund on 1 June, 1990  give a "triumphant battle cry".   Donna Maguire, Paul Hughes and Sean  Hick are alleged to be IRA members  and to have carried out the killing   The three have already been cleared  by a Dutch court of the 1990 murder  of two Australian tourists.
