Mark Doyle reports: The deputy foreign minister, Mr Paul Munyembari, said it was possible that hundreds of thousands of people had been murdered since the failed coup last month. He told a press conference parts of the army were out of control and revenge attacks against the majority Hutu continued after the attacks on Tutsi by Hutu. Mark Doyle reports: The deputy foreign minister, Mr Paul Munyembari, gave specific example of the army reprisal attacks. He said that 15 Hutu were killed three days ago in his own village, that a Hutu governor was killed a day later and his own father had been murdered.
