P157 CEEFAX 157 Fri 3 Dec 16:22/07       WORLD  HONG KONG: CHINA TO IGNORE REFORMS China says that electoral reforms enacted by Hong Kong's legislature without its approval will be overturned in 1997. A spokesman said that, if reforms went ahead, China would build its own structure according to the Basic Law after 1997.
