P146 CEEFAX 146 Fri 10 Dec 16:21/23      PARLIAMENT  PORTUGAL URGED TO EXPLAIN DEATH Portugal has been urged to explain the death of a young Briton found on Algarve beach last summer. Paul Kenney, 23, was found dead in Portimao, Portugal, on 17 July with his neck broken and his skull smashed in. But Labour MP Greville Janner said Mr Kenney's family "still do not know the cause of death". A junior foreign minister said British diplomats in Portugal had sought without success to gain information from authorities.  Flash Main News Politics TV/Radio
