A spokesman for Lord Owen and Thorvald Stoltenberg said Bosnian Muslim demands would be discussed. These included requests for more land, a port on the Adriatic and the future of the capital, Sarajevo Meanwhile, the UN has said it is halting all fuel deliveries to the Bosnian Serbs until they let aid convoys through to Muslims.
