P168 CEEFAX 168 Fri 10 Dec 16:21/47       WORLD  PALESTINIANS SHOT DEAD IN WEST BANK Three Palestinians have been shot dead near Hebron in the West Bank.   The three were shot from a passing car, apparently by Jewish settlers, Israeli Radio reported.   The Israeli army said it was checking the report. The killings bring to 38 the number of Palestinians killed since the PLO signed a peace accord with Israel in September.
