P303 CEEFAX 303 Fri 17 Dec 16:13/16   FOOTBALL: McDONALD LINED  UP AS NEW CITY CHAIRMAN  Businessman Mike McDonald is set to be named as Manchester City's new chairman later today by former Maine Road chief Peter Swales.   The pair have been involved in talks and a further meeting was held at a location away from the ground this morning.   Tony Meehan, one of the leaders of Francis Lee's bid for the club, said McDonald had phoned him to say was in a position to take over.   He now wants a meeting with a view to Lee joining the City board, Meehan added.  PremTeams World Cup Boxing WorldGolf
