BBC2, Tuesday BBC2's ancestor-tracking series has certainly got people talking. Comedian Vic Reeves — going by his real name Jim Moir — was the final week's subject, checking the annals to find out if his grandfather was a bigamist. Like any series, this one has had its highs and lows. Moira Stuart's investigation into her Caribbean heritage was particularly fascinating. Depending on your view, this has been a rather groundbreaking concept or deadly dull. Either way, it was intriguing to see Vic Reeves so subdued for an hour.
