Denver, in his first TV movie, gives an engaging light performance and Williams (of Laverne and Shirley fame) is aptly cast as his widowed housekeeper. But, as expected in a Disney movie, the youngsters happily steal the show under the genial direction of Paul Schneider. He's a playboy who pops up after a long absence for the wedding of his daughter, Reynolds. She's delighted but the same canWt be said of ex-wife Lilli Palmer and her new husband. Charm is the keynote of this light and delicious piece, with silky direction and wry support from scene-stealing Charlie Ruggles. There's a bizarre killing but our hero, with his ability to see into the future, manages to find out the strange truth. It's exciting and was directed by the man responsible for the superb opening credits of Hawaii Five O. (Alan Frank) more follows > TV Plus 250 Advertising 270 ITV Today TV Guide What's On Adverts
