P243 ORACLE 243 Sun22 Dec ANG 1916:07 2/8 WW on Anglia Television AVELEY BARCLAY'S BANK Aveley High Street, in Essex, was the scene of a dangerous bank robbery on Friday, November 1. A man carrying a gun entered Barclay's Bank and herded innocent bystanders against the wall. He was clearly visible to the security camera, and carried a sawn-off shotgun. She was attacked in Pilot Street, King's Lynn. Her bag was pulled from her and she fell to the ground. The attacker was described as tall, wearing dark clothing & white training shoes. The safe keys were located and used to open safes within the office. £7,500 in used bank notes were stolen. On Sat Dec 7 at about 9.25am £3,815 was snatched from 2 female shop assistants taking it from the Co-op, 197 PlumsteadRd to Plumstead Post Office.
