P206 CEEFAX 206 Tue 15 May 21:29/34       The inquest into the death of British banker Dennis Skinner has been told he had contacts with both the KGB and British intelligence while in Moscow. His Russian-born wife Lyudmilla told the inquest in Croydon that he had been approached by the KGB in 1970 while he was working for the computer firm ICL. Mrs Skinner said the KGB was interested in obtaining computers and approached her before their marriage in 1983, questioning Mr Skinner's romantic association with her. Mr Skinner died in a fall from his 11th floor apartment in Moscow last June.
