Two youngsters from each county participating in the Under-16 County Championship will be eligible for a two-day residential course at the Lilleshall Centre in December. Early matches are played on a league basis within eight groups. The group winners contest the quarter- finals on a knockout basis, followed by the semi-finals and final.
