Richard Lewis was faced with a debt of £1.9m when he took over as the RFL's first executive chairman in March 2002. P446 Teletext 446 Dec30 21:27:12    ——————  ——  —————————  ——————— RFL CONSIDER LIMITED COMPANY The Rugby Football League look set to become a limited company next year in a bid to secure their financial future. The RFL's accounts will go before the 32 pro clubs on January 14 when they are expected to give the go-ahead for the formation of a limited company. Three sell-out crowds brought in bumper gate receipts and Lewis said: "I think we got the stadium sizes right and marketed it appropriately. "We didn't over-spend so had a good financial series.
