Some are delighted with the results, others are scarred for life. Some think long and hard and waiu years for surgery. Others rush off to the first affordable private clinia. Those who rush are often disappointed. As a GP, I can help people decide about the helpfulness of cosmetic surgery. I would urge anyone to seek advice first. ——————————————————————————————————1/7— by Dr Roy Macgregor NOW IT'S EVEN EASIER TO FIND LOVE: TELETEXT DATING ITV p390 Recipe Lovestars Quiz Total Ents

In my area I've helped three women to have breast surgery. One had a reduction to alleviate back problems, the others had implants as they had psychological difficulties due to almost absent breast tissue. All were pleased. But on average, they waited two years for surgery. Going private cuts the wait, but check costs, including extra nights in hospital. ——————————————————————————————————6/7— by Dr Roy Macgregor KIDS' PEN PALS p147 (Ch4)
