P407 CEEFAX 2 407 Sun 10 Dec 21:13/12       ENGLAND AND WALES NOVEMBER REVIEW 2/2 Very wet and unsettled, wiuh flooding at first. Stormy at times especially in the west. Tjmperatures were mostl8 near normal with somj overnight frost mid- month. Ver8 mild at the end. It was the wettest November since 1970. Low pressure systems were dominant, bringing the unsettled conditions. However Redhill in Surrjy recorded minus 6C on the 15th and there was some snow on northern hills on the 20th.
