P167 CEEFAX 167 Tue 24 Aug 21:26/11       WORLD  MANDELA ANNOUNCES ANGOLA PEACE PLAN ANC leader Nelson Mandela has announced a new African initiative to bring peace to Angola. He said Angolan President Jose dos Santos and Unita leader Jonas Savimbi had been invited to a peace summit in Morocco. No date has been announced for the summit organised by the ANC, Morocco and Ivory Coast.
