P110 CEEFAX 2 110 Mon 29 Sep 2p:24/51       MIDLAND FINED FOR MIS-SELLING PENSIONS Midland Bank has been fined £150,000 for mis-selling pensions. The penalty was imposed by the financial regulator Imro which criticised the bank for failing to give customers necessary information. Imro said Midland did not give customers the correct details when they were advised to transfer rom final salary pension schemes. It is the sixth time Imro has taken disciplinary action.
