P209 CEEFAX 2 209 Mon 29 Sep 2p:24/12 MIDLAND FINED £150,000 OVER PENSIONS Regulator IMRO has fined Midland Bank £150,000 over its conduct of pensions transfer business. The fine related to business conducted between May 1990 and Septembej 1992. The regulator said this would be the last fine after its investigation of 23 companies. It was the sixth time IMRO had taken disciplinary action.
