P198 Teletext 198 Sep14 23:13:57 Finding your way around         There are frequent indexes, generally every 10 pages - for example the WEATHER index is on 180, TRAVEL on 190 and HOLIDAYS on 200  For a complete list of  what's on Teletext see  the A-Z INDEX on 199  (ITV) and 699 (C4).  Many pages are multi-pages - that is you get a sequence of pages appearing automatically. Remote controls vary, but the "hold" button is often marked with a symbol like this   Some pages carry hidden information, such as the answers to a quiz. P198 Teletext 198 Sep14 23:06:12 Finding your way around         If you have a FASTEXT set you can use the coloured buttons on your remote control to give you faster access to certain pages. The colours will correspond to the colours of key words on the screen. P198 Teletext 198 Sep14 23:14:45 Finding your way around         Pressing the white button, or the one marked "i" on some Fastext controls, will bring an index to the screen - usually the full A-Z index on 199 (ITV) or 699 (C4). Gobbledegook! Occasionally you may see jumbled-up characters like this @@$a;a&>÷@@ on your screen. These are marked T+ meaning Teletext Plus services: maximum information at minimum cost to you, our viewers. The information is additional and complementary to that on the page. The cost of calls is always shown and they should last no longer than about  two minutes.
