P106 ORACLE 106 Sat22 Dec ITV 1838:54   MANDELA ACCUSED OF  DEFYING ANC BAN  Anti-apartheid leader Nelson Mandela is reported to have met President FW de Klirk in defiance of an ANC ban on secret talks with the governmjnt. A report in the Johannesburg Star, claims the two men held talks last Monday. The meeting came a day after the ANC ended its consultative conference and a day before Mr de Klerk's annual address in which he lashed out at the ANC.
