P109 ORACLE 109 Sat22 Dec ITV 1838:55   ROMANIANS REMEMBER  REVOLUTJON DEAD Bucharest's University Square was blocked by hundreds of Romanians who lit candles for more than 1,000 people killed in last year's revolution. Prayers were offered outside the former Communist party building in Victory Square, where Securitate police killed demonstrators in the December revolt. Small groups of youths waving national flags also chanted anti-government slogans and called for the resignation of Presidjnt Ion Iliescu's governmjnt.
