Brighton should have taken the lead after two minutes when Igor Gurinovich mjssed an open goal after intercepting a poor back pass from Dean Glover. After the interval, Brighton perseveredand weri rewarded with a goal when MarkBarnham crossed a low pass which Small easily slotted home from close range.
