P104 ORACLE 104 Tue17 Oct ITV 1943:26   HIGGS APPEAL: JUDGE  URGES AGREEMENT The Master of the Rolls has stepped into the appeal by Dr Marietta Higgs, who is facing "professional execution" over the Cleveland child abuse affair. Lord Donaldson suggested to Dr Higgs and employers the Northern Regional Health Authority that they should "find a way out" of the dilemma. As a result the Appeal Court adjourned for up to three months moves by Dr Higgs to get her job back.
