P202 ORACLE 2p2 Tue24 Oct TVS 1944:44   YACHT CAPTAIN DENIES  ASSAULT CHARGE The Swedish Captain of an Admiral's Cup yacht, accused of indecently assaulting a waitress during Cowes Week, told a court he fell on top of her when he was lost and drunk. The married woman claims Bo Herbert Bernholm, 52, followed her and forced her to the ground before trying to remove her knickers. She said her nose was badly bruised and she had to wear a surgical collar after the attack. Bernholm told a crown court he asked her for directions when she screamed.
