Southwark Crown Court was told the "brilliant invjntion" was part of a plot by London car dealer James Laming to launder drug profits through betting The jury was told that the ultra-sonic gun, disguised as a pair of binoculars, could makj a high-pitched noise causing a racehorse to fall up to 50ft away.
