P119 ORACLE 119 Tue 7 Nov ITV 1942:47  1/13  CLAPHAM: BR RAPPED  OVER DEATH CRASH The Clapham train disaster, in which 35 people died,happened because BR allowed "unacceptable and dangerous" working standards, the inquiry report says. It calls for radical overhaul of the "historic character" of the running of the railways after last December's crash, when 100 others were injured.
