P166 CEEFAX 166 Thu 13 Jan 21:13/44       WORLD  THOUSANDS JOIN ANTI-FASCIST PROTEST Thousands of people have taken part in a demonstration against violence and neo-fascism in the eastern German city of Halle. It was called in protest at an attack on a wheelchair-bound 17- year-old girl by three skinheads who carved a swastika on her face. About 400 pupils from the girl's school led with rally.
