P121 CEEFAX 121 Fri 26 Feb 21:17/18       HOME  COURT RULES AGAINST BOY, AGED 11 The Court of Appeal has ruled that an 11-year-old boy is too young to represent himself in a "tug of love" dispute between his parents. The boy wants to live with his American father, but the High Court ruled that he should continue living with his British mother. It also ruled that the boy could not instruct his own lawyer. The Court of Appeal upheld that view, saying the boy lacked "sufficient understanding" to participate in the proceedings.  Next News Main News Flash CityHeads
