P158 CEEFAX 158 Fri 26 Feb 21:12/48       WORLD  RUSSIAN "NEGLECT" WARNING TO WEST Russian Foreign Minister Andrei Kozyrev has warned the West not to neglect his country. Mr Kozyrev said this would promote nationalism and confrontation in Russia, and strengthen those who rejected partnership with the West. The desire of many to deal with a weakened Russia was unrealistic.
