P711 CEEFAX 711 Fri 26 Feb 21:12/41  READHEAR  RIGHT TO NOW BILL  DHERE 1/6  MP Mark Fisher's Right to Know Bill had its second reading last week.   Subsections 11(5) and 11(6) of the Bill require public authorities to undertake "reasonable effort" to provide personal information in an appropriate format for deaf people.
