Family and Friends is a confidential helpline for the relatives and friends of drug users - whatever the drug, trained volunteers will help you to share the problem. P728 CEEFAX 728 Fri 26 Feb 21:02/40    NEWS FROM 3/3  AROUND   MIDLANDS     A pioneering new scheme in the West Midlands offers help and counselling to the victims of fire. The West Midlands Fire Service piloted the scheme last summer with help from seven retired firemen who acted as voluntary counsellors.
